Beautiful new hotel, very modern with Thai touches. Standard Four Seasons service, which means consistent, polished, and friendly. Amazing pool area overlooking the river. Mixed clientele between business/convention travelers and leisure traveler. Entry-level rooms may overlook an interior courtyard, which is not great.
