ABOUT TUDORTRAVELS This website is owned and operated by TudorTravels, LLC (hereafter "Our", "We" or "Company"). Our principal place of business is located in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • Age Requirements: You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase Our services or enter into a binding contract for travel arrangements. Minors under 18 may use this website for informational and research purposes with parental guidance and supervision.

  • International Users: If You are accessing this website from outside the United States, You must comply with local laws regarding online content and the age of consent for online transactions in Your country of residence.

TRAVEL SERVICES & BOOKINGS

  • Role of Agent: TudorTravels acts solely as an intermediary between You and travel suppliers (e.g., cruise lines, hotels, airlines, tour operators). We do not own or operate these services.

  • Supplier Terms: Clients are responsible for reviewing and accepting individual supplier terms and conditions. We will provide these terms to You prior to booking confirmation. Any travel bookings made with Us are subject to the specific terms, conditions, cancellation policies, and liability limitations of those individual suppliers.

  • Direct Relationship: Your contract for travel services (flights, hotels, cruises, tours) is directly with the supplier, not with TudorTravels. Any disputes regarding service quality, cancellations, or refunds must be addressed with the supplier per their terms. We will assist in finding suitable alternatives when possible.

  • Supplier Changes: Suppliers reserve the right to change itineraries, accommodations, amenities, or services due to operational needs, weather, safety concerns, or other factors. TudorTravels is not responsible for supplier-initiated changes but will assist in coordinating alternatives when feasible.

FORCE MAJEURE TudorTravels shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, strikes or labor disputes, government orders, pandemics, epidemics, weather events, or mechanical failures of transportation.

PRICING & AVAILABILITY

  • Informational Purposes: Prices and availability listed on this website are for informational and inspirational purposes only. They are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed until:

    1. A written proposal or quote has been provided by TudorTravels

    2. You have accepted the proposal

    3. Required deposits have been paid

    4. Supplier confirmation has been received

  • Price Fluctuations: Travel prices can fluctuate due to currency exchange rates, fuel surcharges, seasonal demand, supplier promotions, or other factors beyond our control. We will always provide current pricing in Your personalized proposal.

  • Final Pricing: Prices are subject to change until confirmed in writing via our proposal/quote. Final pricing is locked upon deposit payment and supplier confirmation.

  • Currency: All prices quoted are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

BOOKING DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

  • Planning Fees: Our luxury travel advisory services may include planning and consultation fees, which are separate from the cost of travel arrangements. These fees will be clearly outlined in Your personalized proposal and are non-refundable once work commences.

  • Deposit Requirements: Travel bookings typically require a deposit to confirm reservations with suppliers. Deposit amounts and timelines vary by supplier (hotels, cruise lines, tour operators) and will be specified in Your booking proposal. Failure to make payments by the specified due dates may result in the cancellation of your booking by the supplier.

  • Payment Schedule: Final payment deadlines are set by individual suppliers and typically range from 60-120 days prior to travel. Late payments may result in booking cancellation and forfeiture of deposits per supplier policies.

  • Agency Service Fees: TudorTravels may charge service fees for booking coordination, itinerary management, and ongoing support. These fees are disclosed upfront in Your proposal and are separate from supplier costs. Agency fees are non-refundable.

  • Cancellation & Change Fees: Changes or cancellations to confirmed bookings may incur fees from both suppliers and TudorTravels. Our agency change fee covers the administrative work required to modify bookings and compensates for the time and resources involved. Supplier penalties vary and are governed by individual supplier policies.

  • Payment Methods: We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or check. Payments made directly to TudorTravels for planning or service fees via credit card may incur a processing fee. Supplier payments are subject to the supplier’s specific payment terms.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

  • Strongly Recommended: TudorTravels strongly recommends that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect their investment. Travel insurance can cover trip cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, baggage loss, evacuation, and other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Not Provided by TudorTravels: We do not sell travel insurance directly. We can provide referrals to reputable travel insurance providers, but the purchase decision and policy selection remain Your responsibility.

  • Verify Coverage: It is the traveler's responsibility to verify that their policy covers their specific needs, including pre-existing medical conditions, adventure activities, and destination-specific risks.

  • No Liability: TudorTravels is not responsible for any losses, expenses, or damages incurred due to cancellations, interruptions, delays, medical emergencies, or other travel disruptions that would have been covered by travel insurance. You assume all risk by declining travel insurance.

  • Review Supplier Policies: Many suppliers have strict cancellation and change policies. Travel insurance is often the only way to recover costs in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Please review all supplier terms carefully.

ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION & ACCOMMODATIONS

  • Our Expertise: TudorTravels specializes in luxury accessible travel, and our recommendations are informed by personal experience as wheelchair users, extensive research, and information provided by suppliers. We provide detailed accessibility information to help clients make informed decisions.

  • Individual Needs Vary: Accessibility needs are highly individual. While we make every effort to provide accurate and comprehensive accessibility details, we strongly recommend that clients:

    1. Review accessibility information directly with properties

    2. Request specific measurements or photos if needed

    3. Communicate detailed requirements to suppliers before booking

    4. Confirm accessibility features upon arrival

  • No Guarantees: While we specialize in accessible luxury travel and provide detailed accessibility information based on our personal experience and research, individual needs vary. Accessibility standards, features, and descriptions may change without notice. Properties may undergo renovations, and staff training levels may vary. TudorTravels provides accessibility information in good faith but cannot guarantee the accuracy or suitability of accommodations for Your specific needs. We cannot be held liable for discrepancies between reported features and the on-the-ground reality at the time of travel.

  • Property Responsibility: Hotels, cruise lines, airlines, and other suppliers are responsible for maintaining and providing accessible facilities and services. Any issues with accessibility at properties should be addressed directly with the supplier.

  • Not Medical Advice: Our accessibility guidance is based on travel experience and is not a substitute for medical advice. Consult with Your healthcare provider regarding fitness to travel, required medical equipment, and health precautions.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • TudorTravels Content: All text, photographs, videos, graphics, itineraries, and other materials on this site are subject to the copyrights and other intellectual property rights of TudorTravels, LLC and are protected by United States Copyright Laws (USC Title 17).   • Opt-Out: If You do not wish for Your content to be used publicly, please notify us in writing at the time of submission at glenn@tudortravels.com. We will honor all opt-out requests.

  • Credit & Privacy: We will make reasonable efforts to credit You when using Your content and will respect Your privacy preferences. We will not share personal identifying information without Your consent.

  • You Retain Ownership: You retain full ownership of any content You provide to us. The license granted simply allows us to use it for promotional purposes.

The arbitration proceeding shall take place in Las Vegas, Nevada. The cost and expenses of the arbitrators shall be shared equally by the parties.
